Ballet

That’s what this week is about.

My 4 year old is starting ballet class this week.  She’s been asking to go to ‘ballerina class’ for about a year now and the time has finally come.

I woke up this morning with her all decked out in her leotard, tights, and ballet shoes that she managed to put on by herself.

She can’t stop talking about it.  She’s over the moon excited!

As am I.  I think I’m probably more excited than she is… she’s just more vocal about it.  But my heart is skipping beats with excitement.

My little girl is growing up.  *sniff*
